Online Flexibilities

Great thing here is that the flexibles can be customized anytime by the employee through an online system. So somebody who really does not bother to collect and submit bills for medical and stuff can just declare that i want all the amount as a flat allowance. Also the account details etc can be filled in online. So I dont have to deal with morons to note down my account number and submit it to the right person :) Investment details etc can also be submitted online! Good stuff.
