Whom do I vote for?

Do I vote for the incompetent Congress government that failed to act on intelligence related to Mumbai attacks (and other countless let downs) or do I vote for the BJP that sees terrorism through communal goggles and are also responsible for freeing terrorists during the Khandahar hijack incident (and other countless let downs)? For lack of a better option I think I may settle for voting for the BJP just to give them a chance again.
